We are happy to help you with food and refreshments on the theme of Wilderness.
Vildmarkskaffe (Wilderness Coffee) is a part of Jonas Vildmark Bushcraftcenter celebrating the ever so good tasting outdoor food and Fika.
Vildmarkskaffe offer everything from small Fika baskets with homemade cinnamon buns up to three course dinners made from local ingrediencies.

Vildmarkskaffe Menu
All prices refer to groups of at least 10 persons. VAT not included in the below prices.
Pastries and sandwiches can also be ordered separately for takeaway.
Menu 1
Starter: Vegetarian soup with homemade bread and butter.
Main: Barbeque buffet; sausage, halloumi, corn, pepper, tomatoes, onion, flat bread, salsa.
Dessert: Pannacotta with raspberry sauce alt. Chocolate cake with whipped cream
Beverage: Coffee, light beer, sparkling water and still water.
Price: 400:-/person + VAT
Available as a two course menu for 300:-/person + VAT (coffee is only included in the choice of main course and dessert).
Only main course incl. beverage can be ordered for 250:-/person + VAT.
Menu 2
Starter: Dark bread topped with traditional Swedish mix of potatoes and Herring.
Main: Fish stew with Cod and Salmon, yoghurt sauce with lemon, homemade bread.
Dessert: Pannacotta with raspberry sauce, or chocolate cake with whipped cream.
Beverage: Coffee, lemonade and water.
Price: 400 SEK/person + VAT
Menu 1 & 2 can be combined as a 2-corse menu for 300 SEK/person + VAT (coffee included only when main and dessert is ordered).
Main alone together with light beer, sparkling water and still water. can be ordered for 250 SEK/person + VAT. Beverage can be ordered for 250:-/person + VAT.
Menu 3
Starter: Rucola salad with cheese pie, or tomato and mozzarella skewer, vinaigrette dressing, homemade bread.
Main: Roast beef with French potato salad, yoghurt sauce with lemon and herbs.
Dessert: Meringue cake with raspberry and whipped cream.
Beverage: Coffee, light beer, sparkling water, still water
Price: 500 SEK/person + VAT
Menu 3 can be combined as a 2-corse menu for 400 SEK/person + VAT (coffee included only when main and dessert is ordered).
Main alone together with light beer, sparkling water and still water can be ordered for 350 SEK/person + VAT.
Lunch Basket
Tuna pie (2 per person), or wraps with Tuna mix (2 per person), or dark bread topped with eggs and vegetables, fruit, light beer, sparkling water and still water.

Small Picnic Basket
Home-baked large cinnamon buns, or Homemade soft cake with seasonal berries, or Small bread with cheese and vegetables, fruit and coffee/tea.
Price: 100 SEK/person + VAT
Big Picnic Basket
Home-baked large cinnamon buns, or Homemade soft cake with seasonal berries, or Small french with cheese and vegetables, two kinds of biscuits, fruit and coffee/tea.
